DIRECTIONS: For Face - Apply a single drop to clean, dry forehead, cheeks and chin. Gently massage into skin in outward strokes. 

For Body - Cleanse the area and pat dry. Apply two to three drops to target areas on body, as needed - Gently massage into area.
